Teresa has been like a light in the dark in the support for our home, getting off the ground and maintaining momentum. Teresa has continued to be a font of knowledge, a safeguarding guru and an emotional support that we have gratefully leaned on during the challenging times. We are currently a thriving home with happy healthy children and Teresa has played a big part in getting us there and continues to support us in staying there and achieving loftier goals that we once thought out of the question.

I worked with Teresa for several years after I entered the sector with little to no experience. Not only did she train me to be the best I can be but she has a vast knowledge of children’s homes and how they function to the best of their ability. She works tirelessly to support the children and will take the time to find out exactly what each child needs and how the people who work with them can best support them.
